We pride ourselves on building homes for our customers that are
safer, more energy efficient, and more reflective of the way that we

them, though, is “cheap.”
Why do you want a new home rather than an older home?
First, we build houses to the new, more demanding hurricane
codes so that our purchasers can qualify for lower insurance rates.
In West Palm Beach, the most recent hurricane codes were
enacted in 2004. Homes built before the new codes don’t have the
safety benefits of the homes built since they were enacted.
Second, we stand behind our homes with a builder’s warranty. If
you have a problem during the first year, we will be there to fix it –
no questions asked. When you buy a used home on an “as is”
basis, you are basically on your own after the closing, meaning that
if there are hidden defects, you are solely responsible for fixing
them. In contrast, we stand behind every home that we build. And
we do so proudly.
Third, new homes are more energy efficient. Improved heating and
cooling systems and better insulation techniques offer efficiencies
so that your energy bills are lower. We are also building our
houses to the FPL BuildSmart specifications, meaning that they
could be up to 30% more energy efficient which translates into
reduced electricity bills and less stress on our precious
environment."
Fourth, we build with quality products from nationally known

Fifth, we are using modern floor plans that reflect the way that
Floridians want to live now. We utilize split level floor plans so that
there is more privacy in the master bedroom, and all of our master
