Malcolm E. Harrison, Managing Member

Malcolm is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College. He is a
member in good standing of the New York and Florida Bars. In the mid 1990s,
Malcolm spent five years as a corporate lawyer with major firms in New York
City, London, and Buenos Aires specializing in international capital markets
transactions. As part of his work, Malcolm organized the initial public offerings of
REITS. He was also at the cutting edge of the securitization market when it
started to gain steam in the 1990s. In 1998, Malcolm joined the United States
Department of State as a foreign service officer assigned to the economics
cone. Malcolm served in the U.S. Consulate in Sao Paulo and the American
Embassies in Bogotá, Baghdad, and Riyadh. He received two exceptional
performance awards for his work after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks
in “Operation Enduring Freedom.” Malcolm received a master’s in law degree in
real property development and finance from the University of Miami in 2006. In
addition, Malcolm, operating through his company MEH Real Property
Development LLC, has built and sold middle-income single-family homes in
Port St. Lucie. He is also developing in conjunction with Andrew Ziffer a
townhouse project in Ft. Pierce - The Petals on Oleander.
Andrew B. Ziffer, Managing Member

After several years of buying and managing rental properties on a part-time
basis, Andrew moved into real estate full-time in 2003. He has personally
bought and sold over $4 million in residential and commercial Real Estate.
Andrew owns and manages his own properties, including Chestnut Hill
Apartments. He is also an active renovator of homes of which his most recent
project was a $90,000 renovation of an Atlanta home in which he served as the
General Contractor.
Andrew serves on the Board of the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association, a
3000+ member organization of real estate investors in Georgia and is an active
member of the Atlanta Apartment Association. He holds a Real Estate License
in both Florida with Meridian Realty and Georgia with Chapman Hall Realtors.
In 2003, Andrew ended a 12 year career in Information Technology with S1
Corporation. Positions he held during his career include being on the
management team to deliver S1's software to banks and insurance companies,
including ABN AMRO, Zurich Financial Services, CitiBank, and State Farm. His
assignments took him to various parts of the United States, Australia, England,
Amsterdam, and Switzerland. Andrew is married with a 2 year old daughter. He
is a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Engineering.
Marty Hortman, Managing Member

Marty Hortman began his career in metro Atlanta, Georgia in 1977. He built
speculative houses in Douglas County from 1977 to 1982. He diversified into
commercial renovations and commercial pre-engineered building sales and
erection in the mid eighties. The pre-engineered metal building field gave Marty
the background leading into the design, fabrication and erection of light gauge
steel roof truss systems for light commercial buildings, beginning in 1985.

offices in Oakwood, Georgia and Birmingham, Alabama, is a specialty
commercial subcontracting firm supplying light gauge metal roof truss systems
and composite roof deck systems to commercial general contractors throughout
the Southeastern USA. Metalite has successfully completed hundreds of
projects such as schools, churches, office buildings, assisted living homes,
hotels, and coastal condos. The company employs 60+ full time field personnel
to perform this work. Metalite enjoys annual sales of over $10 million while
delivering excellent customer service to commercial general contractors in
seven Southeastern states.
In addition to managing Metalite, Marty is partners in a major revitalization
development of a mixed use lifestyle center in downtown Flowery Branch,

Marty Hortman resides in Flowery Branch, Georgia. He owns and manages
rental property in Flowery Branch and is active in the community and business
development. He enjoys boating on Lake Lanier and deep sea fishing when he
